Is takeoff really included, or is it an upsell?
Included. Plan sets, sheet indexing, scale calibration, and area/length/count conditions are part of the $199 — there is no measurement tier, no per-seat takeoff licence, and no separate app to buy.
What does $199 a month actually cover?
The whole company. Every module, every user, unlimited projects and customers. We price per company, not per seat, so adding a project manager or a field lead never changes the bill.
Do I have to migrate everything on day one?
No. Most builders start with one live job — load the plan set, take it off, send the bid — and bring the rest of the book across as jobs turn over.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account. Client card payments land in your bank, not ours, and we never sit between you and your money.
Can my subs and clients get in without a licence?
Yes. Subcontractors get a bidding portal and clients get their own portal for progress and invoices. Neither counts against anything, because nothing is counted per seat.
Where does my data live?
In your own tenant workspace, isolated at the database level, backed by row-level security. Export what you have entered whenever you want it.
