Download the APK
Tap the button on your Android phone. If Chrome warns about the file type, choose "Download anyway" — that warning appears for any app installed outside the Play Store.

Open and install
Open the downloaded file and allow your browser to install unknown apps when Android asks. One-time setting.

Sign in and allow
Log in with your workspace account, then allow notifications and microphone access — that’s what lets calls ring through and connect.
